AUTUMN/WINTER 2011-2012 COLLECTION
The macabre, the mystical and the magical have conspired to inspire DOODSKI’s collection of exquisite T-shirts for the coming months.
This season confirms DOODSKI’s reputation for its striking print designs, intricately created through a combination of hand-drawn and digitally manipulated imagery. Evocative prints depicting detailed arrangements of bones, skeletons, skulls and leaves – sourced from ancient books and paintings – appear across the new collection of T-shirts, referencing mysterious witchcraft rituals or sinister spells and potions from the Middle Ages.
DOODSKI’s similarly impressive track record, for fabric innovation, stringent testing processes and the consistently refined quality of its soft supima cotton T-shirts, is also clearly discernible within this collection. Working closely with a speciality wash dye house in Los Angeles, a brand new type of dye was scientifically pioneered, which results in stripes of colour subtly embedded within the surface of the tees. Classic crew neck styles and impeccable cuts further accentuate the desirability of these latest DOODSKI designs.
The Autumn/Winter collection 2011-12 draws upon a palette of deep and earthy tones, which – when combined with DOODSKI’S current penchant for other-wordly themes – dares the wearer to walk on the dark side.
